摘要
随着竞争的加剧,固定总价合同的应用越来越广泛。本文阐述了固定总价合同应用中应注意的几个问题;合同的应用条件,计价应注意的事项,付款应注意的问题,分析了固定总价合同的风险分配,固定总价合同与单价合同的区别。
With the competition turns more intensive in engineering market, the application of fixed price contract becomes broader. In this paper, some remarkable problems in the application of fixed price contract are examined. Then the applied conditions, some items notable in costing, and some problems in payments are introduced. Moreover, the risk allocation in fixed price contract is analyzed, and the difference between fixed price contract and unit price contract is identified.
