摘要
随着中国正式加入WTO组织,国内建筑行业也将面临更大的竞争。本文简要论述了建筑企业如何开展以人为本的管理,增强企业的凝聚力,从而提高企业市场竞争的能力。
Along with Chinas entry into WTO, Chinese construction industry will face more intensive competition. The paper discusses how a construction enterprise develops humanistic management and prompts its integration level, whereby its market competitiveness can be raised.
