摘要
对安庆石化化肥厂一段转化炉新对流段高压蒸汽过热器联箱开孔补强进行了分析与评定 ,指出托普索基础设计的壁厚不应按GB15 0排孔削弱系数进行校核 ,而应采用等面积法进行补强计算 ,其结果是在原设计条件下 ,联箱壁厚不满足等面积补强要求 ,但满足应力分析方法计算的强度要求。
The reinforced opening of high pressure header in new convector region of the converter Ⅰ in the Anqing Petrol-chemical Works was studied, and the thickness calculation of foreign basic design should not be calibrated with the ligament efficiency in GB150 was pointed out. The thickness should be calculated in area equalization method. The result is that the headers thickness does not cope with the value calculated in area equalization method, but which copes with the stress analysis methods.
