摘要
合成了新试剂 8 [杯 (4 )芳烃偶氮 ]氨基喹啉 (简称CAQ) ,并研究了该试剂与钯显色反应条件。结果表明 ,在pH7 5~ 9 0的NH3·H2 O -NH4 Cl缓冲介质中 ,有溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,CAQ与钯发生显色反应 ,生成 2∶1蓝色稳定络合物。λmax=62 0nm ,ε =1 3 4× 10 5,钯含量在 0~ 2 0 μg/ 2 5mL内符合比尔定律。方法用于钯催化剂中钯的测定 ,结果令人满意。
The 8 [calix(4)arene]aminoquinoline(CAQ)as a new reagent was synthesized The condition for the color reaction of CAQ with palladium*'was studied In the presence of CTMAB,palladium*'reacts with CAQ to form a blue stable complex with n CAQ ∶n Pd*' =2∶1 at pH7 5-9 0(NH 3·H 2O-NH 4Cl buffer solution) The maximum absorption is at 620nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1 34×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0-20μg/25mL for palladium*' The method has been applied to the determination of Pd in palladium catalysts with satisfactory results
