摘要
在稀H2 SO4介质中 ,室温条件下铬 氧化N ,N′ 二 ( 2 羟基 5 磺苯基 ) c 氰基甲二钠盐 (DSPCF) ,使溶液褪色 ,基于此 ,提出了氧化褪色分光光度测定铬 的新方法。用于废水中铬的测定 ,结果满意。
A new photometric method for the determination of chromium is proposed in this paper The optimum conditions for the decoloration of N,N′ di(2 hydroxy 5 sulfophenyl) c cyanoformazan disodium salt(DSPCF)oxidized by chromium*& were studied The linear relationship is in the range of 0-35μg/10mL for chromium and its ε 470 is 2 57×10 4 L mol -1 cm -1 The proposed method has been applied to the determination of chromium in waste water with satisfactory results
