加强分包单位管理,实现项目总目标

Enhancing management of Subtract unit, realizing the general objective

工程建设实行总分包是工程建设客观要求,能发挥专业特长,对保证提高工程质量起重要作用,但是分包单位多,增加管理难度。总包单位、监理单位必须加强对分包单位的管理力度,才能确保项目总目标的实现。笔者总结分包单位管理的经验;分包施工前管理;分包施工过程中的管理。

Only by enhancing the management of contract unit and supervisory unit, the general objectives can be realized. This paper summarizes the experience of subcontract and the management in advance the subcontract construction.
