摘要
本文讨论了一种用于估计实验室内蚊虫传播病毒率的计算方法,该方法至少在本实验条件下及高传播率的情况下是可行的。方法的优越性在于省去了使用动物等繁杂的步骤。
A mathmatical formula used to test trausmission rate of Aedes albopietns infected with dengue virus was established.It was unconditional practic- al at least iu this experiment and under the conditions of high transmission rate.Without using verteberate animals,we found this method very easy to use.
