正交试验设计优选组合灭鼠毒饵中诱饵配方初探

Initial study of the prescription of the bait in the poison bait against rodention using orthogonal design for seeking and combining

了解当地自然鼠群的适口性,优选最佳诱饵配制。鼠类喜食毒饵,是提高毒饵灭鼠效果手段之一。为寻找较简便的组合诱饵配方方法,我们进行正交优选组合方法的初步探索性研究。选糖精、芝麻粉、鱼粉、黄豆粉作组合因子,按 L18(2×37)正交组合配制18种试饵,作现场自然鼠群选择性摄食试验,选出在基饵中加入0.1%糖精,3%芝麻粉,5%黄豆粉的合理配方。该配方制成0.005%氯鼠酮毒饵大面积灭鼠取得较满意的效果。

It is one of methods increased the effect against rodention to inve- stigate the palatability of rodention and to make the poison bait which rodention likes to eat.To seek a better and handy method of the constituent bait,we have carried out a initial study of orthogonal experiment constitution.We chose saccharin,sesame powder,fish meal and soybean powder for combinative factor,and prepared 18 trid baits according to L18(2×3~7)orthogonal table.We carried out selective fetch bait test on the site.The reasonable prescription was picked out,that is which we added ot saccharin 0.1%,sesame powder 3%,soybean powder 5%. We prepared poison bait of Chlorophacinone 0.005% according to that prescription,and corried out killing off rodention on the large area, obtaining a more setisfactory effect.
