苏脲1号对三带喙库蚊幼期的作用

THE EFFECT ON THE DICHLOROURON TO LARVE STEGE OF CULEX TRITEENIORHYNCHUS

本文对国产杀虫剂—苏脲1号对三带喙库蚊幼虫的杀灭效果进行了观察.结果表明,应用0.1ppm 浓度的苏脲1号即可使蚊幼虫在短期内全部死亡;0.04—0.08ppm 浓度可达到80%以上的杀灭效果。各用药组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。死亡的蚊幼虫多在二龄期。LC_(50)为0.024ppm.随着药物浓度的增高,蚊虫的化蛹与羽化数量呈明显下降趋势.羽化后十日死亡情况表明,各用药组羽化成蚊的死亡率明显高于对照组,相差非常显著(P<0.01).该药在灭蚊幼中用量极低,对人畜安全,不污染环境,亦可能是一种有前途的灭蚊幼药物.

The killing effect on the dichlorouron to larva stage of Culex tri- taeniorhynchus was discussed in this paper.The results showed that the rate of killing larva was 100 per cent when the concentration of the inse- cticide was 0.1 ppm and the rate of killing larva was above 80 per cent when the concentration was 0.04-0.08ppm.The death rate of larva in the experimental groups were obviously higher than in the control groups (P<0.05).The LC_(50) of larva was only 0.024ppm,the bulks of death larva were in the 2nd years phase.The higher concentration,the lower larvas pupa and eclosion.In seven days the death rate of adults in the experimental groups were obviously higher than in the control groups(P<0.01). Dichlorouron was high effect,lower poison.It will be the prospective larvicide of C.tritaeniorhynchus.
