摘要
以寡头模型分析房地产企业的商品住宅项目以质量差异化战略取胜的原因在于这个行业这种产品的特点 :地产位置不可移动性 ,产品特性的事前可知性 ,产品住房功能的不可替代性 ,价格的昂贵性以及因而决定了消费的特点 :消费者理性、消费的单一性。
The success of real estate with the model of oligopsony lies in the features of this industry. That is the unmovable location of the housing, predictable features of the products, implacable housing functions, expensive prices and consequent consuming characteristics: consumers' reason and single consumption.
