摘要
全面推进素质教育 ,培养具有创新精神和创造能力的人才是我国高校的重要任务。针对我国高校教育观念及教学管理方面存在的不利于创新人才培养的种种因素 。
It is an important task for higher education to promote quality education and cultivate personnel with original ideas and creative ability. Nowadays, there are factors in educational concepts and teaching administration that hinder the education of creative students. Therefore, we need to take measure to promote and training of creative students.
