目前我国国家经济安全的特点及对策

我国是发展中大国 ,正处在体制转型期 ,属新兴市场经济国家 ,这就决定我国的国家经济安全战略必然分为内外两个方面 :对内要维护经济健康运行促进进一步改革开放 ,同时又要保证政府有效调控能力 ;对外要保障国家权益和经济福利不受侵害。加入 WTO,融入经济全球化 ,迫切要求我们既要努力提高对外开放水平 ,同时也要切实维护国家经济安全 ,建立和健全面向未来的国家经济安全预警机制和保障体系。

As a developing country in a transitional stage, we are a new economy. This decides that our economic safety strategy falls into two parts. Internally, we must keep economy running in good condition so as to enhance further open-up, and ensure an effective regulation and control of the government; externally, we must make sure that national interest and economic benefits are maintained. The entry into WTO and economic globalization brings both opportunity and insecure elements for our economic development, which requires our efforts to further open to the outside world, and as the same time, introduce and complete a set of monitoring mechanism and guarantee system geared toward the future economic safety in order to safeguard national interest.
