办好地方高校学报的几点思考

On How to Run a Good Academic Journal of Local College or University

文章根据地方高校学报面临的现实困难和发展机遇 ,对如何办好学报 ,及时报道相关学科最新科研进展 ,提出建设性意见 :突出报道本校优势学科研究成果 ,办好特色栏目 ;开放办刊 ,面向全国广辟稿源 ;增加信息密度 ,缩短刊期 ,提高载文时效性及其可采用的措施。

Taking the realistic difficulties and development opportunities of the local colleges and universities into consideration, some constructive suggestions and their acceptable measures for how to run a good academic journal and make timely reports to the latest scientific research progresses in the relevant disciplines were put forward. The measures include highlighting the preponderant research achievements of the college or university,promoting the characteristic columns, operating the publications in an opened way, recruiting contributions all over the country, increasing the information density, shortening the period of publication, improving the time effect of papers to be published etc.
