略论吴宓对中国传统人文精神的阐扬

A brief analysis of Wu Mi's elaboration and spreading of the traditional Chinese humanism

吴宓及学衡派在历史上是有其积极影响和可取之处的 ,或者说 ,吴宓及其学衡派的文化追求尽管多有不合时宜之处 ,但又以其对民族文化传统的维护、对人文精神的关切 ,并以一种与新文化运动总体上异质的思维方式与思想系统参与了中国现代性思想文化话语的形构。

The cultural censervatism advocated by Wu Mi and the School of Academic Criticism,in spite of its inadquacy,played a positive role in the protection of the traditional Chinese culture, in the concern for humanism,and in the formation of contemporary Chinese ideology,culture and language as a unique ideological system in contrast to the New Cultural Movement.
