市场经济秩序的建立与巩固有赖于公共理性宰制性地位的确立。市场经济活动中的公共理性精神、公共规则、公共权力所构成的公共理性 ,其价值核心是经济民主基础之上的社会公正。
The establishment and consolidation of market economical orders depend on public reason in economical action, which is formed from public reasonable spirit, public rules and public powers. And based on economical democracy, social justice is its key values.
