摘要
需求不足是制约我国经济发展的最主要因素 ,而几年来的实践表明 ,积极的财政政策和宽松的货币政策 ,效果很不明显 ,其原因就是凯恩斯药方只能治标不能治本。为此寻求需求不足的根源 ,再对症下药 。
Demand inadequacy is the most important reason restricting China's economy.Recent practice has proved that expansionary fiscal and monetary policies do not work well, because 'Keynes' remedy' works instantly, not constantly. Therefore, sources of demand inadequacy should be obtained before prescribing in order to unlock the current economic deadlock.
