高效液相色谱法测定接骨增效胶囊中柚皮苷含量

Determination of naringin contained in Jieguzengxiao capsule by HPLC

目的 :建立接骨增效胶囊中柚皮苷含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为HyporsilODS柱 (4.6mm×15 0mm ,5 μm) ;流动相为甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (35∶6 5∶0 .3,pH3) ;紫外检测波长 2 83nm ;流速为 1.2ml·min-1。结果 :线性范围是 2～35 μg·ml-1;回收率为 97.0 1% ,RSD =3.11% (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为该制剂的质控方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of naringin contained in Jiegu Zengxia capsule.METHODS A Hyporsil ODS column( 4.6 mm × 150 mm )was used,with a mobile phase of methanol water glacial acid(35∶65∶ 0.5 )(pH3).Detective wavelength was 283 nm .The flow rate was 1.2 ml·min -1 .RESULTS The linear range was 2～ 35 μg·ml -1 and the recovery was 97.01% (RSD= 3.11% , n =5).CONCLUSIONS The method was rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of Jiegu Zengxiao capsule.
