摘要
目的 :测定六味地黄丸和枸杞子中铬的含量。方法 :采用导数火焰原子吸收法。结果 :导数火焰原子吸收法大幅度提高了测定铬的灵敏度 ,降低了检出限。结论 :导数火焰原子吸收法是测定中药中微量有益元素的一种灵敏度较高的方法。
OBJECTIVE To test the content of chromium in the fruit of Chinese wolfberry and Liuweidihuangwan .METHODS By derivative flame atom absorption method.RESULTS The derivative flame atom absorption method improves the sensitivity of chromium testing. CONCLUSIONS The derivative flame atom absorption methord is a comparable high sensitive way to test the beneficial element in traditional Chinese medicine.
