摘要
目的 :探讨取石网篮治疗输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石的适用性 ,安全性和疗效 ;方法 :直接在X线电视监视下用取石网篮经尿道外口套取结石 ,对嵌顿性结石网篮导管不能直接通过结石平面或膀胱内结石网篮靠近困难时 ,超滑导丝打袢技术的运用 ,可增加结石的取出率 ;结果 :取石网篮套取输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石3 5例 ,取出结石 3 9枚 ,取石成功率 97 1 4% ,疗效满意 ;结论 :在X线电视监视下经尿道套取输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石适用性强 ,损伤轻 ,并发症少 。
Objective:To study the suitability?safety and clinical effect of Dormia basket treatment on ureteric?versical and urethral stones.Methods:Removal of stones through external ureteral orifice with Dormia basket under direct X-ray TV.For embeded stones when basket guide wire couldn't pass through it or neared vesical,using guide wire and loop techniques could increase removing rate.Results:35 cases of ureteric?vesical and urethral stones were treated with Dormia basket,39 stones were removed,success rate was 97.14%,the effect was satisfaction.Conclusions:Removal of ureteric?vesical and urethral stones through urethra under X-ray TV is definetely suitability?less complications?safe and reliable.
