Objective:Further evaluating the adverse reaction brought about by aminoglycosedes antibiotics.Methods:Analyzeing and summing up the ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity of aminoglycosides antibiotics with the help of relevant medical literature.Results:Aminoglycosides antibiotics have ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity.Conclusion:Aminoglycosides antibiotics are still indispensable antibiotics in the treatment of Gram-negative bacteria′s infection and tuberculoses.
