通过分析心外监护室患者常见主诉,发现由于手术相关因素和监护室特殊环境给患者造成了一些生理不适和心理问题。通过改善监护室环境,术前宣教,实施心理护理和应用患者自控镇痛,可以减轻这些不适,促进患者康复。

We investigate the common complaints of ICU patients after cardiac operations. The results showed that the operating factors and the special circumstances cause some physical and psychological problems which have bad effects on recovery. Improving ICU circumstances, implementing preoprative health education and porper psychological nursing care, applying PCA are the effective measures for solving these problems and promoting the recovery of ICU patients.
