芦荟治疗压疮的临床观察

The Clinical Study and Research of Aloes Curing Press-sore

压疮护理是护理工作中的重点,也是一个难点。压疮患者不仅生活质量低,而且常因继发感染而增加死亡率。我院自1999年10月始,利用芦荟的药理特性治疗各期压疮,一期采用新鲜芦荟液汁涂抹按摩法;二期采用新鲜芦荟液汁涂抹灯烤法;三期采用芦荟捣烂加氯霉素粉敷贴法。与对照组比较,提高了治愈率,缩短了治愈时间,减轻了患者痛苦,降低了医疗护理费用,且方法简便,易于掌握。

Press-sore nursing is the focal point of the nursing service,and it is a difficult point too. The patient of press-sore is not only low quality of life,but also the death rate is increased by the continuous infection. Beginning from October 1999,we utilized the medical characteristics of aloes to treat all periods of press-sore, Ⅰ period ,using the fresh aloes-juice to spread on and Massage; Ⅱ period, using the fresh aloes-juice to sperad on and lamp baking; Ⅲ period, u-sing the pound-rotten aloes and amphernycin paved. Compared with the control group, treating the press-sore in aloes could increase cure rate, shorten healing time, ease pain of patients, cut down the treating and nursing cost,and the method is simple and convenient as well, it is easy to master.
