摘要
目的 研究L -选择素在大鼠中性粒细胞 (PMN)与LPS激活的内皮细胞间黏附中的介导作用。方法 用组织块培养法培养肺微血管内皮细胞 (PMEC) ,用淋巴细胞分离液分离大鼠PMN ,测定用L -选择素单抗、L -选择素配体硫苷脂孵育后的大鼠PMN与不同浓度LPS激活的PMEC间黏附率。结果 L -选择素单抗、硫苷脂均能使中性粒细胞与LPS激活的PMEC间黏附率降低。结论 L
Objective To investigate the mediate role of L-selectin in plymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN) adhesion to LPS activated pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (PMEC) in vitro.Methods Using the method for detecting the PMN adhesion to the PMEC,we examined the effects of anti-L-selectin mAb,sulfatide,a ligand of L-selectin on the PMN adhesion to the LPS activated PMEC.Results LPS could significantly increase PMN adhesion to the PMEC.Pretreatment of PMN with anti-L-selectin mAb,sulfatide,significantly decreased PMN adhesion to the activated PMEC.Conclusion L-selectin mediate PMN adhesion to LPS activated PMEC.
