烫伤增强大鼠TNF-α基因表达对内毒素刺激的敏感性 被引量:3

摘要 目的 证实严重烫伤大鼠TNF α基因表达对内毒素 (LPS)刺激敏感性增强 ,阐明创伤机体无明显感染条件下血清TNF α升高的机理。方法 给予同剂量LPS体内注射 ,观察烫伤组 ,烫伤休克组及其正常对照组血清TNF α及肝脏TNF αmRNA的变化。结果 同剂量的LPS刺激后 ,正常对照组血清TNF α及肝脏TNF αmRNA升高不显著 ,而烫伤组 ,烫伤休克组血清TNF α及肝脏TNF αmRNA明显升高。结论 TNF α基因表达对LPS敏感性增强 ,导致创伤患者TNF α水平明显升高 ,提示防治创伤患者轻微感染在临床治疗休克。 Objective To insure the high sensitivity of expression tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF α) gene to lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in scalding rat,and to explain the mechanism of elevated TNF α without obvious infection.Method The changes of serum TNF α and liver TNF α mRNA of scalding rats treated by LPS injection were measured.Results The changes of serum TNF α and liver TNF α mRNA in scalding rats are higher than those in the control rats treated by same dosge of LPS.Conclusions The scalding rats represents a high sensitivity of expression of TNF α gene to LPS which leads to the high production of TNF α.It shows that controling and curing mild infection early and strictly is important to prevention of shock and MODS of patients with trauma.
