摘要
针对电力系统的实际需要 ,提出了线路过载自动控制机组负荷的控制规律 ;给出了线路断线、短路和电压互感器 (TV)断线等故障以及线路过负荷的控制判据 ;采用傅氏积分算法计算有效电量 ,并对该方法产生的误差进行了分析 ;通过多重判据、软件滤波、排除差模干扰、合理地设计接地泄放回路等抗干扰措施 ,提高了设备投运和监控信号传输的可靠性。在该方案下研制出的装置经过全面的试验考核及电厂实际运行 ,证明装置运行良好 ,保护动作正常 ,控制规律正确 ,灵敏度高 ,抗干扰能力强。
According to the requirements of power system operation, the control law for unit auto-control of transmission line overload is presented. The control criterions are given for broken line, line shortcut, potential transfomers break and line overload. The Fourier analysis is used in calculating effective electricity quantity and its error is analyzed. By applying the anti-interference measures, such as multiple criterions, software filter, elimination of differential mode interfere, rational design of the leak loop-circuit, the reliability of device operation and monitoring signal transmission is improved. The all around test of the device developed with the proposed scheme and its operation on site prove that the control law is correct and the control device runs well with better protection performance, high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.
