摘要
分析了单纯使用IC卡电表的不足之处 ,即难以通过IC卡电表进行线损统计和动态掌握用户的用电情况 ,设计了基于IC卡电表的低压电力载波自动抄表系统。在一个供电台区内设置一台采集器 ,抄表采用单向载波通信模式 ,电表只发送电量数据 ,采集器接收、存储电表数据并向用电管理中心转发。采集器和电表之间的通信媒介为低压电力线路 ,通信模式以抗干扰能力强的扩频通信为基础 ,由于电表只发送不接收 ,所增加通信器件很少。该方案兼顾了预付费电表和自动抄表的优点 ,通信可靠性高。
The disadvantages of IC power meter are analyzed: the power loss can not be easily calculated and the power consumption information can not be got.An automatic meter reading system is designed based on IC power meter and low voltage power line carrier communication.One collector is set within a power supply district to receive the power meter data sent by IC power meters via unilateral LV power line carrier communication,store them and transmit them to power administrative center.The communication mode is based on the spread spectrum comunication with better anti-jamming ability.Since the IC power meter send data only,just few communication components are added.The scheme gives attention to both advantages of advance payment power meter and automatic meter reading system and has high communication reliability.
