摘要
以一般燃煤电厂为对象 ,结合当前世界日趋严格的环保标准 ,对电厂烟气脱硫系统 (FGD)反应基理进行介绍与分析。包括FGD的描述、类型、构成、国际脱硫标准 ,以及现行通用的成熟脱硫方法、FGD系统过程控制 ,并参照实例项目 ,运用西门子先进的TXP控制系统 ,对重要控制回路的设计实现作了详细说明 ,最后给出几个电厂的烟气脱硫效果。同样 ,该FGD系统对其他领域的脱硫除氮等也是适用的。
Based on coal-fire power plants and combined with the more strict environment protection standards. The basic principles of FGD (Flue Gas Desulfuration and Denitrification) system are introduced and analyzed, including the description, type, composition, international desulfuration standards, current mature desulfuration techniques and FGD system process control. Some important control procedure designs are explained in detail, which are implemented in real projects with siemens TXP control system. Several FGD effectiveness are given. The same system can be applied for the desulfurization or denitrification systems in other industrial fields.
