摘要
ERP以供应链的思想为基础 ,各功能模块高度集成 ,借助计算机网络通信技术实现整个供应链的信息共享 ,可以有效地安排企业的销、供、产 ,有利于事前计划、事中控制、事后分析 ,快速响应市场需求 .在分析 ERP产生的背景及其管理功能的基础上 ,构建了基于 ERP的快速反应财务系统的企业模型和业务蓝图 ,阐述了新时代财务管理应增加的功能 。
On the basis of SCM's thought ,ERP system fuses modern management theory & highly integrates all of its function models each other. In virtue of computer and network communication technology, ERP system can make the whole supply chain share the information. As a result, ERP system can arrange distribution ,supply and production in the enterprise efficiently. Furthermore ,it helps to respond market demand promptly by planning in advance ,controlling during processing and analyzing after the event . Basing on analyzing the background of ERP and its management function, the paper constitutes the enterprise model and the business blueprint of the finance system with prompt response ,and then sets forth new functions which should be added to modern finance management, finally discusses enterprise finance alarming and supervising system.
