摘要
固相微萃取是一种快速、简便、集萃取浓缩进样于一体的样品前处理技术 ,具有分析时间短、灵敏度高、无需有机溶剂的优点。用固相微萃取富集水中苯系物 ,用毛细管气相色谱分离分析 ,整个分析过程只需 15min ,检出限可达 1.0~ 2 .0 μg/L ,已用于地面水源、海水。
Solid Phase Microextration(SPME), which is a fast,simple, practical and solventless sample extraction teniques,greatly reduces analysis time and improves minimum detection limits. BTEX in water were analyzed by using SPME Capillary GC-FID.The whole procedure is just 15minutes, and the minimum detection limits reach 1.0~2.0μg/L. It has been applied to the determination of BTEX in surface water and waste water.
