运用系统动力学原理建立了经理报酬激励模型,分析了期股对国有科研机构长期业绩的影响,并在此基础上进行了一系列的政策分析.
A CEO pay incentive model based on system dynamics is designed to analyze the influence of stock option on company's long-term development. A serial of policy experiments is carried out in the paper.
