摘要
确定了在硫脲 ( Tu)介质中用紫外分光光度法测定铜的条件 .在λ=30 0 nm处 ,Cu2 +-Tu络合物具有较强吸收 ,而 Tu无紫外吸收 .当硫脲含量在 5 0 0 mg/ L,p H2 .0 ( HCl)时 ,Cu2 +质量浓度在 0 .5~ 1 0 mg/ L范围内遵守比尔定律 .Na+、K+、Ca2 +、Mg2 +、Cl-、NO- 3 、SO42 -、F-等不干扰测定 ,Au3 +、Ag+干扰较小 ,Fe3 +的干扰可用 F- 离子掩敝 .应用该法测定了几种金矿硫脲浸出液中铜的含量 ,与原子吸收法进行比较 ,相对偏差不大于± 3% .
A method for the determination of copper in thiourea medium by UV spectrophotometry is established.Where λ=300nm,Cu 2+ -CS(NH 2) 2 complex has a strong absorption but CS(NH 2) 2 is absorptionless. When the concentration of thiourea is 500mg/L,pH2 0(HCl).Lambert-Beer law is observed in the range of 0 5~10mg/L for Cu(Ⅱ).Common coexisting ions such as Na +?K +?Ca 2+ ?Mg 2+ ?Cl -?NO 3 -?SO 4 2- do not interfere with the determination.The interference of Fe 3+ can be reduced by adding F -.In determinating copper(Ⅱ) in three different gold ore sample thiouree leathing, the result was satisfying.Compared with AAS method,the relative deviation is less than±3%.
