摘要
本文阐述了闪速炉结构的发展概况 ,分析了耐火材料的腐蚀规律 ,对冷却件的合理设置、耐火砖的质量、内衬的厚度、连接部结构及沉淀池底厚度等提出意见 ,以期结构合理 。
This paper describes the development of the flash furnace construction, analyses the corrosion law of the refractory and raises the comments on proper provision of the cooling element, quality of refractory brick, thickness of lining, connection construction and bottom thickness of the settler for a purpose of making the furnace construction rational and the investment reduced.
