摘要
本文通过介绍建筑结构抗震理论的发展过程 ,分析了各种抗震理论的特点。重点介绍了基础隔震技术的发展过程、隔震原理以及隔震建筑工程试点与经济评价。隔震技术规范即将颁布 ,对设计、施工、监理等工程技术人员提出了要求。
This paper presents the developing process of building seismic theory,analysis the characteristic of various seismic theories,and introduces mainly developing process of base\|isolation echnique and theory,pilot project and economic evaluation.Base\|isolation technique code is going to be issued,which puts forward the requirements to design engineers,construction engineers and supervising engineers. \[
