分析了 CIMS环境下卷烟企业集成质量系统的组成、特征 ,探讨了其结构模型 ,给出了其功能模块。研制了适用于卷烟企业的 HY- IQS系统 ,该系统应用系统工程的观点和方法 ,将卷烟产品生命周期中各阶段及各部分的质量因素、质量控制、质量保证作为一个有机的整体来研究 ,以保证卷烟质量 ,提高企业竞争力。

Integrated Quality System(IQS) is a key part in CIMS. The constitute, characteristics of IQS in a tobacco CIMS is analyzed, the framework model for IQS in the tobacco CIMS is studied, the function module is given in this paper. The HY-IQS, which suited for tobacco industry, is developed. In the IQS in tobacco CIMS the view and way of systems engineering are introduced,the advanced technique are used, to study the quality factor, quality control and quality insurance in the lifecycle of cigarette as an organic whole, which ensure the perfect cigarette quality and to improve the competition of the enterprise.
