摘要
基于精密挤压成形 ,对一种铜合金实体轴承保持器进行了结构优化 ,开发出自带铆钉式加强型保持器 ,并对该产品进行了等温挤压成形工艺研究 ,通过试验 ,制出了合格的样品。结果表明 ,新型保持器结构简单 ,性能可靠 ,可使整个轴承的承载能力和使用寿命得到提高。采用等温挤压成形工艺生产该保持器 ,可节约工时 75 % ,节约原材料 6 1 .6 % ,其制品组织致密 ,机械性能好。新工艺具有高质、高效、节材的工艺特点。
To further improve the performance of roller bearing and decrease the processing cost, the isothermal extrusion technology for bearing cages is studied in the paper. Based on the technology of extrusion forming, the frame of the copper alloy solid roller bearing cages is optimized and a high strong bearing cage which has its own rivets is designed. The results indicate that the new type of cages possesses simple frame and dependable capability. Furthermore, the bearings' carrying capacity and working life can be improved by using these cages. Through adopting the technology of extrusion forming, the man-hours are decreased by 75 % and the materials are saved on 61.6%.For the finished products, the structure is compact and the mechanical capability is perfect. The new forming technology has the advantages of high efficiency,making high quality products and saving raw materials.
