摘要
研究了镍锰钴合金中杂质氧的测定方法。针对金属锰高温下易挥发和吸附气体的特点 ,选择适宜的加热温度 ,使用锡片作为浴料 ,以锡囊包裹并装入腐蚀好的镍篮中 ,选择标准坩埚 ,用 5kW加热电流进行试验 ,获得了满意的分析测定效果。对含氧 0 .0 18%的试样 ,分析精确度为 4 .6 % ,加标回收率为 94 %~ 10 8%。
The measurement of the impurity oxygen in Ni Mn Co alloy is presented. According to the characteristics of Mn metal such as easy to volatilization at the high temperature and gas absorption, a sequence of procedures were introduced, i.e., choosing proper heating temperature, employing tin flakes as bathing materials, wrapping Ni Mn Co alloy in tin cell, enclosing it in the pre corroded nickel basket,choosing standard crucible, heating with 5 kW electric current and then testing it, after which a satisfying analysis measurement effect was obtained. The analysis deviation is 4.6% and the recovery is 94%~108% for the sample with 0.018% content of oxygen.
