THE COMPOUND T' AND THE EQUILIBRIUM PHASE RELATIONSHIP IN LOW Cu SIDE OF Al-Zn-Cu SYSTEM

摘要 按热力学计算得到的Al5Cu4Zn的化学计量比成分,可以获得由室温至400℃均为稳态单相的三元化合物T'相合金.利用扫描电镜、电子探针和X射线衍射实验确定了Al-Zn-Cu系在室温下存在稳态Al+Zn+T'三相区,而不存在稳态的Al+Zn+CuZn4三相区.明确了CuZn4是一种亚稳化合物,最终将转变为T'相.确定了Al-Zn-Cu系室温下存在稳态的T'+CuZn4两相区. The ternary compound T' alloy that is stable single phase from room temperature to 400 degreesC has been obtained according to the stoichiometrical composition gained by thermodynamic calculation. It was affirmed that the stable Al+Zn+T' three phase region exists, and the stable Al+Zn+CuZn4 three phase region dosen't in Al-Zn-Cu system at room temperature with experiment of SEM, EPMA and XRD. It was cleared that CuZn4 is a metastable compound and transits to T' phase finally. It was determined the stable T'+ CuZn4 two phase region exists in Al-Zn-Cu system at room temperature.
