应用最大熵三维取向分布函数法测算深冲IF钢板的塑性应变比

RESEARCH ON THE CALCULATION OF PLASTIC STRAIN RATIO OF DEEP-DRAWING STEEL SHEETS WITH MEMODF METHOD

摘要 采用最大熵三维取向分布函数(MEMODF)和简ODF法,按照织构多晶体连续力学法(CMTP法),遵循Konchend(?)rfer模型,选择非二次型屈服函数来预估多晶体(深冲IF钢板)的塑性应变比R值.预估结果表明,MEMODF法测算值与实测值符合更好. Estimation of plastic strain ratio-R-value is essential to accomplish the on-line control of property and quality of deep-drawing steel sheet. The quantitative calculation of plastic strain ratio of deep-drawing steel sheet is based on the accurate data of orientation distribution function (ODF). In this paper, the ODF data was calculated with maximum entropy method (MEM) and simplified ODF method respectively. And then grounded on the two kinds of ODF data, R-values are predicted according to continuum mechanics of textured polycrystals (CMTP) method and Konchend(?)rfer model. The results showed that the calculated values according to the data of MEMODF correspond better with the experimental values by comparison with those calculated with simplified ODF method.
