《红楼梦》词汇与现代词汇的词义比较研究

A Comparative Semantic Study of the Words in the Dream of Red Mansions and in Modern Chinese

本文对《红楼梦》词汇与现代汉语词汇中的同形词词义进行比较 ,意在观察二百多年来近、现代汉语词义演变之大略。两者的同形词词义有如下几种关系 :(1 )基本同义 ;(2 )所指不同 ;(3 )词义抽象、概括的程度不同 ;(4 )非理性意义不同 ;(5)所含词义单位不同。

This paper is a comparative study of meanings of isomorphisms in the lexicon of the Dream of Red Mansions and that of modern Chinese, aiming at observing, roughly, the semantic changes that have taken place in late and modern Chinese during the last two centuries. As a result of the observation, the paper specifies the following similarities and differences in the isomorphisms of the two objects of comparison: (1)basically same in meaning; (2)having different references; (3)of different degrees of abstraction and generalization; (4)having different non-conceptuall meanings; and (5)containing different meaning units.
