一种大型商业总经理信息系统的研究与开发

The Research and Development of Business Executive Information System

目前 ,管理信息系统 (MIS)已经在我国商业企业中得到了广泛的应用 ,提高了商业企业的工作效率。但 MIS却无法适应总经理所面临的半结构化决策问题。本文通过对商业企业总经理的工作需求分析 ,提出了商业企业总经理信息系统 (EIS)的结构和功能。并对 EIS设计中的关键技术 :模型库和方法库的建立、自我学习能力、人机界面等问题进行了详细分析。最后 ,讨论了 EIS的实现技术。

Today,Management Information System has been widely used in the business enterprise.But MIS wasn't suit for the half-structure problems what executive faced.The paper discussed Business Executive Information System(EIS)'s structure and functions,based on the requirement analysis.It also analyzes the kernel parts on developing EIS:Mode/method Base,Sele-leaning ability and Man-machine Interface.At last,the developing technique is discussed.
