摘要
采用 Ni/α-Al2 O3和工业 HSD-2型催化剂对甲烷—二氧化碳重整反应进行了动力学研究 ,结果表明反应中 CO的速率方程为 :RCO=k PCH4PCO2( CO2 的分压范围 :1 2 .5~ 3 0 k Pa;温度范围 :1 1 2 3~ 1 1 73 K)和 RCO=k PCH4( CO2的分压范围 :3 0~ 45k Pa;温度范围 :1 1 2 3~ 1 1 73 K) 。
The catalytic kinetics of reforming reaction of methane with carbon dioxide to produce synthesis gas by means of Ni/α-Al 2O 3 and HSD-2 catalysts is studied.The results indicate that the reaction orders are one and zero for methane and carbon dioxide,respectively,while carbon dioxide partial pressure is about 12.5~30.0kPa and temperature is at 1123~1173K. However,when the carbon dioxide partial pressure is changed to 30.0~45.0kPa,and temperature is 1123~1173K,the reaction orders of methane and carbon diocide are one.Furthermore,average rate constants at different temperatures are determined.\;
