摘要
介绍知识管理的概念、管理对象、目标和手段。认为知识管理对图书馆行政管理和业务管理工作具有重要启示， 包括重视人力资源开发，再造图书馆文化；加强团队学习，建立学习型组织；深入研究知识组织及进行图书馆业 务流程重组等四个方面。
This paper has introduced the concept of knowledge management and its objects,targets and measurements. Knowledge management is considered to have important inspiration to the ibrary's administrative management and the library's business management,which includes valuing personnel resource development and recreating library culture;strengthening the team study and establishing study organization; doing further research to the knowledge organization;recombining the process of library professional work and so on.
