摘要
高校图书馆ＢＢＳ是参考咨询工作和网络技术有机结合的产物，是传统参考咨询工作的延伸与发展，它充分利用 了ＣＥＲＮＥＴ数量庞大的免费ＢＢＳ资源，改善了高校图书馆参考咨询工作的环境与条件，大大提高了参考咨询工作 的效率。
The BBS of college library resulted from the fact that reference service proper jointed network technology each other. It enriched the range of traditional reference service and sufficiently used plentiful free BBS resources of CERNET. What's more, it improved conditions of college library reference service. The BBS have rapidly improved reference service efficiency.
