摘要
本文主要论述了美国高校信息素质教育研究的一个重要方面──美国高等教育信息素质标准问题，对该标准提 出的历史背景、标准的内容和特点进行了明确而又精炼的分析和论述，为促进我国高校信息素质教育的发展提 供理论依据。
The paper mainly discosses Information Literacy standareds for higher education in USA, including the backgrounds and contents and characritics of information literacy standards. It is intended to facilitate the development of information literacy for higher education in china.
