天津图书馆珍藏的康熙本《大清一统志》是清王朝入关以后编纂最早的全国性的一部方志，是目前海内所藏篇 幅最多、版本最早的一部孤本方志，国家图书馆所藏不及天津图书馆所藏的六分之一。本文从该书的编纂始末、 原书风貌、史料价值等方面做了详细的介绍和阐述。

《The Total Annals of the Qing Dynasty》of Kangxi Edition collected in tianjin library are the earliest national local annals compiled after the Qing Dynasty established. It is also the only existing copy of annals with the most articles and the earliest edition collected in China. The annals collected in the National Library of China are less than one sixth as compare with that of Tianjin Library. The article gives a detailed introduction and discussion of its compilation from the beginning to the end and the style of the original annals as well as the historical value.
