论新时期我国经济发展战略的转变

On Transition of Chinese development Strategy in the New Era

笔者认为 ,传统的赶超型发展战略在中国历史上功不可没 ,现在越来越不适应经济全球化 ,特别是跨国公司生产全球化的需要。放弃赶超发展战略 ,并不是意味着政府完全退出经济活动 ,而是要求政府对经济的干预不妨碍微观经济主体活力。

In writer's opinion, the traditional speed-up strategy had great achievement in Chinese history, now lags behind economical globalization, especially transnational corporation globalization. Giving up this development strategy doesn't mean cancellation of government, but call for government not intervening micro-ability.
