摘要
本文指出我国零售商面对的主要任务不是学习管理模式、创新经营技术、扩大企业规模 ,而是如何使用新的零售业经营方式 ,进入新的零售市场 ,开发自身的品牌 ;以适应我国的市场形势 ,形成自己的核心竞争力。
This text points out that the retail trader of our country facing the main tasks are not studying management mode, creative new management technique, extending the enterprise scale.The main tasks are how to use the new retail trade managing methods, and entering the new retail market, and opening up itself's trademark.Only in this way can be fitted the market situation in our country and forming our own core competition ability.
