摘要
纵横比较研究２０世纪末中美数学课程目标，它既有相同之处，也有不同之处。而中国数学课程目标应吸取美国数学课程目标的长处为我所用，促进中国数学课程目标的改革与发展。
： Comparing the purposes of mathematics courses of America and China at the end of the twentieth century,there are similarities and differences at the same time.But the purposes of Chinese mathematics courses should take in the advantages of that of America in order to increase the reforms and developments of the purposes of Chinese mathematics courses.
