论社会主义市场经济条件下政府经济职能的转变

ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE GOVERNMENT'S ECONOMIC FUNCTION UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE SOCIALIST MARKET ECONOMY

社会主义市场经济体制的选择、建立和完善 ,必然要求改变我国政府原有的经济管理职能。笔者通过政府经济职能的转换过程探索了我国社会主义市场经济条件下政府经济职能转换的重要性、基本内容以及进一步深化政府经济职能改革的一些思路。

The selection, establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system is bound to require a change in the original economic function of the government. By analyzing the transforming process of the government's economic function this paper explores the importance and content of the transformation of the economic function of the government under the conditions of the socialist market economy, and puts forward some thoughts about how to further carry out the reform in the economic function of the government.
