REFLECTIONS ON THE ANIMAL HUSBANDRY ECONOMY IN THE INNER MONGOLIA GRASSLANDS AND THE POLICY TO BE ADOPTED

内蒙古草原畜牧业经济在自治区乃至全国的经济建设和社会发展中占有重要战略地位 ,然而正面临着严峻的形势 ,日益恶化的草原生态环境和传统的发展模式严重制约着它的发展。振兴内蒙古草原畜牧业经济要遵循“三牧平衡”的规律 ,要采取深化改革的对策。

The animal husbandry economy in the Inner Mongolia grasslands occupies an important strategic place in the autonomous region, and even in the whole country, but it is now faced with avery grim situation: the ecological environment of the grasslands is getting from bad to worse, and its growth is increasingly restricted by the traditional mode of development. The only way to develop the animal husbandry economy in the grasslands is to keep balance among the ecological environment, the animal husbandry economy and the herdsmen in the grasslands and to deepen the reform in the animal husbandry economy.
